implementing compression for general case…
4 bit and 2-bit compression done now doing decompression of 4-bit and having some issues in 3-bit compression.
done with two bit compression.
done compression and decopression for 4 bit and 2 bit
Done with 4 bit and 2 bit compression and now working on 3 bit compression.
