TRUE...just check whether the condition is 0 or a non zero..if nonzero then it is true and if it is 0 then false condition and so else part will work.

Simple B will be the answer because 0 is false for computer and other than zero any digit is true for computer so if condition will run only when will if(true) if condition is containing true inside it and if it is containing false condition than cursor will jump to else statement...
