How to transfer data from virtual box fedora 15 to windows system

i am using the fedora 15 through the virtual box in the my Windows 8 operating system i want to open one of my file in my window operating system which i made in virtual box but i didn't find that where that file is stored .... is anybody has any clue regarding to that
