ACPI ERROR - NAME space look up failure

ata3: COMRESET failed (error = 32)
60.628828 ata3: reset failed giving up
62.628895 ata3: sError: { DevExch }

the system started in 30 minutes after continuously displaying these errors

the error showed on Varun's Dell Pc batch -104

the error is not resolved, even after installing different linux distro. and also did the windows 10 installation formated the pc and then again installed fedora .
