WebGL is a feature of Chrome , which is disabled in your Browser to enable it....
1. Go to the settings options of chrome , scroll down the settings and then go to Advanced Settings --> System -->use hardware acceleration when available (ENABLE IT).
2. open a new tab , in your chrome URL bar write chrome://flags and then press enter.
3. In that list of flag , find WebGL (ENABLE this flag) .
Make sure to relaunch the chrome , You will find a Relaunch option at the bottom of the screen when you will enable WebGL.
