download the package dhcp. remove the securities i.e. firewall, selinux. copy syntax from sample file of dhcp.conf into dhcp.conf file. edit the config file of dhcp like option routers,subnet masks, range,domain-name-server. make a new file dhcpd in which database would be stored when accesing on dhcp server. start the dhcpd services. use "chkconfig dhcpd on" to restart the services.
