How does the `iotop` tool help in monitoring I/O resources used by individual processes? What do the `TID`, `PRIO`, and I/O columns indicate?

Just like the top system call, iotop displays the I/O processes at the top i.e. the ones which are using the most I/O resources, with a general summary at the top. TID indicates the thread ID of the process. PRIO column indicates the I/O priority and I/O column indicates the I/O reads and writes for the process.

`iotop` generates a continuously updating display that shows the processes using the most I/O, with a general summary at the top.
